MTV: Battle of the Exes – Crazy In Love

The fifth episode aired this week, oh my god, time flies when you’re having fun right 😉 ?! This episode was filled with drama and fun, awesome to watch in my opinion. Camilla freaking out because of Johnny not paying attention to her; insane. That girl honestly goes crazy when she’s drunk, my god. I did love the part where she and Johnny made up in the pool, thought it was so cute. Perhaps they would be a good couple after all. During the “Don’t rock the boat” challenge, the couples had to jump on masts of a shipwrecked boat, and eventually ring a bell when they would be in the middle of the wreck. Cara Maria froze when she was up, while Mark and Robin were being awesome and jumped like animals. Emily & Ty, Johnny & Camilla en Mark & Robin all did good, I personally thought pretty much all of them did good, but I was so happy to finally see true vets Mark and Robin win! So freakin’ awesome! I personally didn’t think it was that awesome that they put Emily and Ty in the Dome against Cara-Maria and Abram, who performed the worse. Emily and Ty are an amazing couple, I think Ty is a real surprise, and I think they proved to be better then, for example, Paula and Dunbar. During the X Battle, Cara-Maria was surprisingly good against Emily, trying to battle a stick out of each other’s hands. I was surprised that Ty was able to beat the beast Abram, but it happened, making complicated couple Cara-Maria and Abram leave the competition. The preview of next episode looked interesting to me, some CT and Diem drama… Shut up. Didn’t see that coming *cough*.

+: Mark and Robin winning a challenge, finally. I think they deserved that win since I believe that Robin is a much better competitor then people give her credit for. And, well, Mark.. Mark’s just Mark, who I still love.
-: Cara Maria and Abe’s conversation about moving in. I thought it was cute… Until Cara decided she didn’t want him to move in after all. Please, Cara… Please! Don’t do that to the guy, he’s so crazy about you.

My opinion on the couples this week;

-Johnny and Camilla. I just wonder if they’re ever gonna hook up. I have a soft spot for Johnny and I think he’s behaving quite well this season haha, and I just think they’re cute, even though I don’t really like Camilla. As far as their performance’s go; they’re super steady. I think they’ll be in the finals, hundred percent.
-Abram and Cara-Maria. I think their personal issues are in their way of performing well. I think they’re both good competitors, it’s weird to see them do so aweful. Hope to see them on a next challenge!
-Ty and Emily. Pff, so awesome. They’re amazing. And I love Emily’s personality. And her abs. God, she’s awesome!
-Aneesa and Rachel. I think these women are doing good, considering they’re the only same-sex couple.  I think however that Rachel being not so liked by Johnny, and Johnny being friends with basically everyone in the house, is gonna result in them leaving the competition some time soon.
-Paula and Dunbar. I don’t particularly care for either one of them, but I have to say that they’re by far the most entertaining couple in this challenge. Their comments are hilarious and I love seeing them work together ’cause it’s so much fun to watch.
-Mark and Robin. Love Mark, love Robin. Do agree with Robin saying that she has no say at all in making their decisions, which in one way, I understand, but I do think it’s unfair. But, well, the game’s unfair anyway haha! I hope they win, I love them. And like  I said, seeing them as the Power Couple was definitely prvoing that they are indeed a good and strong couple.
-CT and Diem. With them as well, I think their personal issues are breaking in to their performance. The fact that CT is by far the strongest and most athletic dude in the house and them not having won a thing yet, proves that, since Diem is quite a good competitor in my book too. I’m curious to find out what will happen next week…

And then, as usual, some quotes I loved!
-Dunbar: “He’s so obsessed with Robin not touching him that the second she lays a finger on the back of his leg, he’s jumping onto the next platform.” – About the reason why Mark and Robin are moving so fast during the challenge.
-Aneesa: “She has this like creepy hands like this when she gets nervous and then she shakes too. I don’t know what happens to her!” – Talking about Paula’s performance. So true, haha!
-Mark: “I was around then, let me go back there, in 1492 I was in 3rd grade with my buddy Columbus.” – Answering Paula’s question as to wether he was around or not during Columbus’ sail over the ocean in 1492.

Just curious….

MTV: Battle of the Exes – Ex-ual Tension

Hi folks!

Sorry for not updating on episode three, last week was pretty hectic for me and never got around on doing so. But, well, here I am, with my little view on episode four, which started of with a fun animal party, in which the beautiful Robin decided a vampire’s also an animal. And I completely agree with her on that point, so yeah, no worries on that one! This week’s challenge was called “Rolling In The Deep”, and lets just say that I’m glad I wasn’t the one doing that one ’cause I’d be dizzy like crazy. Johnny and Camilla won Power Couple again, beating Emily and Ty, who I personally wish would’ve beat them. Jasmine and Tyrie ended up last place -thank God no Robin & Mark, who were second to last-, and were directly sent into the Dome. Johnny and Camilla decided that it was a nice thing to bring back Johhny’s old issues and sent in Rachel and Aneesa. Fine by me, but I hated the fact that Camilla started drama between Rachel and Mark. It was nice knowing those have a friendship outside of the show and I’m just wondering how much is true of what Camilla said about Rachel wanting to throw Mark under the bus. Another thing to note is the fact that CT and Diem seemed to become a little closer, which I thought was so cute. The two of them smiling and having fun when they went out to the club was adorable. Team I-Want-To-See-Diem-and-CT-Hook-Up right here! And, well, the Paula and Ty attraction… Let’s just say that I’m very thankul nothing happened between them. In the Dome, Rachel and Aneesa kicked as and thankfully, beat Tyrie and Jasmine. Bye bye guys. You’re issues won’t be missed.

+: Mark sticking up for Rachel; I loved how he informed her of Johnny’s plans to throw her and Aneesa into an elimination round. I have the idea that Mark and Johnny are pretty good friends, and I thought it was really cool of Mark however to stick to the one who was the dearest to him outside of the game instead of thinking about game politics.
-: Robin’s break down in the end of the episode. I’ve had a soft spot for Robin after seeing her on the show on BOTS 2, and I just hate seeing the woman upset. I think she’s awesome, and hope she’s able to let go of the issues in her mind and just perform, because I’m 100% positive that she’s in fact a good athlete. She and Mark can kick some ass for sure!

So, this week overall best couples;
3. Emily and Ty. Still kicking ass athletically for sure. These two are some serious competition to all people in the house in my opinion, and it’s nice to see them work together so well.
2. Cara Maria and Abe. They were so sweet this week! I was happy Abram was being nice to Cara and that she was responding to it as well. Weird couple? Maybe. Cute couple? For sure!
1. Rachel and Aneesa. Yeah yeah yeah, Johnny and Camilla kicked ass in this week competition, I agree. But I loved that Rachel and Aneesa came out of the Dome as winners, being the only same sex couple. I hope they’ll be able to break up Johnny’s power of the entire house, even though I have a feeling that’s going to be tough.

And yes, they’re back as well; this week’s greatest quotes!
-CT: “I feel like we’re really breaking through walls today.” CT about his and Diem’s relationship becoming better.
-Aneesa: “And then eighteen bottles of wine later it just got really messy.” Regarding the animal party. Six bottles equals fun, eighteen bottles equals drama.
-Jasmine; “I feel like the log has fallen on me.. But no, it’s Tyrie.” Yeah, that dude falling on top of you must hurt like hell.
-Dunbar: “Finishing each other’s sentences!!” – Haha, the smile on Dubar’s face was priceless on that one. And they did finish each other’s sentence for sure.
-Johnny: “I think Mark and Robin could perform really well. Mark, because he has really long limbs and Robin because this challenge doesn’t require hardly any brain activity to perform.” Yes, I love Robin. But this remark kinda made me laugh.”
-Mark: “My game plan was to not spin at all because I don’t want a dizzy Robin swimming. I’d rather swim a little further when she’s not dizzy. I’m kind of unsure if the game plan’s going to work out the way I thought it was gonna work out.” Haha, well, we all saw it wasn’t working out too well, unfortunately!

Sooo, that’s it for this week! Next week’s looking interesting with Camilla’s drunken rage, so we’ll see what happens next!

MTV: Battle of the Exes – What’s Love Got To Do With It?

Hi all, here I am, back with another recap about MTV’s Battle of the Exes. Surprising things happened during the second episode of this season…

The usual things happened in the beginning of the episode. Tyrie and Jasmine had a fight, Johnny & Camilla put Wes and Mandi first during the challenge… That’s nothing new. What was new however was the fact that Sarah and Vinny were the winners of the “Hook Me Up” challenge. Now, who would’ve thought that gaining weight would do any good to Vinny? Certainly not me…. This episode also showed the gang going out to a club and I think most people could already predict what would be going down in there; trouble. Vinny managed to be a complete ass to Mandi and rip open her shirt (though I do have to admit that her “shirt” were mostly two stripes covering her boobs, but still) and not even thinking it was a bad thing to do. Really? Asshole. The Dome ended up being good ol’ Wes and Mandi against Naomi and Leroy. It was sort of a surprise to me that Leroy managed to win from Wes, I don’t know why haha, and Mandi winning from Naomi, well, that wasn’t too much of a surprise. Wes and Mandi did end up going home though. Although I love the entire RW – Las Vegas cast I have such a soft spot for Wes for some reason. Just like Mandi said, I believe Wes has a soft and sweet side. So, well, though I adore pretty much all Wes’ enemies, I secretly love Wes, and was said to see him go. The episode took another turn as well when Vinny was told to leave the show, and that -unfortunately- Sarah had to go because of that as well. I have never cared that much for Sarah and actually disliked Vinny since his start on the show, but I felt bad for Sarah. I did however think that putting Wes and Mandi into the elmination round after what Vinny did to Mandi was so rude. I was glad everybody thought Vinny was acting like an idiot, ’cause he was. Stupid ass, not gonna miss him at all.

+: Naomi and Leroy’s fight after the elimination round. Guys, chill. I suggest Leroy either gets into bed with Naomi or that Naomi will find herself another bed partner. Maybe she’ll perform better in the challenges too, then. Ooh, and another +: Wes’ devotion to Mandy and his whole confession about how great she is. Too cute.
-: I need more Mark and Johnny Bananas in speedos. Please?

Now, something I didn’t do last week considering I went over the couples already, but underneath I’ll give y’all my quick thoughts on the three best overall couples this week, not so much based on performance though. More on my own, perhaps hideous, thoughts.

3. Johnny and Camilla. Can’t say a bad thing about their performances and they also have their politics with them. Yet, I just don’t like Camilla. Yet. I hope she’ll win me over this season haha, we’ll see.
2. Ty and Emily. What the hell happened to the crazy Ty from Rivals & Cutthroat?! Honestly, I thought the dude was absolutely insane. Seeing him on this challenge actually makes me think he’s quite fun, and I think having Emily as a partner will make them one of the stronger teams as well.
1. Dustin and Heather. Heck yeah, these two are great. I love how everyone’s so surprised about their performances and the fact that their names haven’t even been brought up for an elimination round. And I adores Dustin’s comment about Vinny towards sending Mandi into the Dome, he’s cute. Not looking forward to next week’s episode though considering the preview for next week… Nooooo, Dustin, please stay fit and healthy! Please?!

And, like last time; this episode’s greatest quotes!
– Dustin: “Here goes Vinny, trying to be funny, but he’s actually a complete asshole. You’re basically throwing in the girl that you completely disrespected last night, ánd you’re gonna be mean about it? Come on, get over yourself, dude.” Not necessarily funny, but I think it’s awesome he said this.
– Wes: “Where did I leave my beer?” Well, yes, Mandi, that was indeed funny.
– Wes: “I just wanted to say you’re one of the best friends I’ve ever had. You’re so pretty. You’re so smart. I’ve got not a shot in hell but I can’t wait to go to sleep ’cause when I go to sleep maybe I do. You rock my world?”  Take him back Mandi.
-Paula: “Vinny is just really surprising me. Maybe I should be eating more lasagna too.” About Vinny performing well.

That’s it for this week! What did you guys think about the episode, and, how do you feel about the intro?  I think it’s kind of old-school challenge-style, back in the “Battle of the Sexes” days. I like it!
